Welcome! A quick idea of who I am:

Let me ‘splain, no there is too much. Let me sum up. Librarian, Slytherin, Mother of Dragons, defender of Hyrule, villain lover, cat whisperer, and lover of the macabre. I read, I blog, and travel by Babylon candle.

A longer version: My name is Alyssa and I am a self-proclaimed bibliophile. I love books of all shapes, sizes and smells. I don’t think that I could choose just one favorite book if you asked, but I can say that it would probably be written by Neil Gaiman or Juliet Marillier. 

I have my Master’s in Library Science and tend to work as a Reference and Teen Librarian when it suits my fancy, I sometimes even work in the Children’s Department – I am a gal of all trades!

When I am not reading, I am baking, writing, hiking, playing video games (Zelda for always, Fable and The Witcher, currently!),  binge watching Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, The Mindy Project, or whatever else I am obsessing over at the moment! I also love naps, tea, coffee, and cats.
